After I purchase a Beat, do I own it, is there some type of agreement?
No, once you purchase the track, you do not own it outright. All non exclusive beats are LEASED not SOLD. You are leasing the beat which gives you the right to use it. These tracks are leased under the terms and conditions of non exclusive use and do not come with printed agreements.
What does it mean when you say Royalty Free?
Royalty free means the music is sold without any royalty obligations. The copyright is owned by the seller, in this case, Beats 4 Us.
Why is the beat I downloaded only a couple seconds long?
When this happens most likely it has to do with the cache (temp internet folder) on your computer. This can happen in Interent Explorer and the best thing to do is empty the cache. If this does not solve the problem, delete the file, reboot your system and download again.
When I purchase a beat, how long does it take to get it?
Once you pay for your beat(s) you will get a link immediately to download the file. Your download link will be available for 24 hours just in case you cannot download them right away. If for any reason you cannot download the files within the 24 hour period, just contact us and we will issue you a new download link.
What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, because we deal in digital products, there are no returns or refunds on any purchases made on our website. If for any reason you are not able to download your music, contact us and we will gladly help in assisting you in an way possible.
What format do the beats come in?
Our beats are direct downloads which are sampled at 160k or higher in MP3 format. There are certain beats samples at 128k. This is only to save bandwidth and excessive downloads. If you purchase an Exclusive beat, you have the option to get your beats in professional formats delivered on CD. Popular formats include .wav and .aif which are compatible with programs like Pro Tools, Qbase and more.
Can I use the beats I purchase on my album, demo, mixtape and website? Can I use the beats to perform at shows and send to A&R’s or record labels?

Yes. You can sell up to 500 cd’s or mixtapes, as long as you print the producers name, or our website (Beats4Us.com). If you post any music with a beat from our website, please mention the producer and the site with a link (i.e http://Beats4Us.com). Only our Exclusive Beats are available for reselling or major distribution.
How will you know how many I have sold?
We will know. We have an excellent system in place that will track and report any of our beats which reach over 500 people sold.
Can I pay by a check or money order?
At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders.
Do these beats use samples or contain any copyright material? If so, do need to clear them?
We offer separate Beat Samples which can be used, but each sampled beat must be cleared before they can be used
Do the beats I buy get removed from the site?
If you purchased the EXCLUSIVE rights to the beat. LEASED beats are not removed

Exclusive rights to a beat means you can sell your production for profit with no limits and the beat is removed from the site so no one else can buy it. Also, you get a contract and a CD is shipped to you containing the .wav file of the beat for backup and studio use.
How long are the beats?
Our beats range in length anywhere from 1:40 and up depending on the beat. You can edit the beat however you like to get the right loop for you particular track.
